Sports Luxe and Giant Heads | Lille Outfit 3

We passed these everyday in Lille. Creepy but cool.

This was my outfit on our last and final day in Lille (the others are here and here). The market had closed for another year and the town was remarkably quiet. You can read more about it here. The outfit itself was once again based around being comfortable and stylish. I forget how long I have had my blue racerback but I think I had it before sixth form. (Now I feel old!) The trousers were the same ones I wore in my second outfit the day before and are one of my favourite pairs. Unfortunately they have been a victim of #SugarFreeSeptember and are now too big for me. But at least it means I’m closer to 12 than 14.

But enough foodie waffle. This outfit, apart from the loose trousers, was insanely comfy for doing the tourist thing. Wandering around La Notre Dame, shops and street cafes is always easier when you’re comfy and a little bit of style never hurt anyone.

Racer back top: Oasis
Trousers: Betty Jackson at Debenhams
Trainers: Sports Direct
Leather Backpack: Market stall in Lille

Sadly, that is now it for my holiday snaps. However, I will soon be bringing you workwear outfits as I experience life without a uniform. Yes, I am moving jobs into a nice office where I can choose my outfits each day! So I’ll be experimenting with what’s appropriate and pushing boundaries. The question… is Counter-Couture wearable 9-5, Monday-Friday?
